Pet Policy

We’re proud to offer a pet-friendly community designed with both residents and their pets in mind. To help maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone, the following pet guidelines apply:

Pet Guidelines

• Maximum of 2 pets per apartment

• Cats and dogs only are permitted

• Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse

Breed Restrictions

For the safety and comfort of all residents, certain breed restrictions apply:

• Restricted breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and Chows

• The following breeds may be approved with a Canine Good Citizen certification:

  • Dalmatians

  • Akitas

  • German Shepherds

  • Huskies

  • Alaskan Malamutes

Pet Fees & Community Standards

• $200 non-refundable fee per pet
• We utilize PooPrints, a pet DNA program that helps keep our community clean and enjoyable for all residents. 

We believe your pets are part of your family, and we’re excited to welcome them home.
